Need help troubleshooting radio light and radio **** problem
I have a 2002 Audi Allroad A6. Just noticed 2 problems
1) that two "vertical stripes/pixels" no longer light up on the radio display and 2) when I turn the right hand radio **** slowly TO THE RIGHT (stations up), the **** sometimes advances up to the next radio signal/station (what it's supposed to do) and sometimes says the same or decreases the station number backwards (not what's its supposed to do). Help! Ideas on how to fix or what the problem might be? Thank you!
