Rattling Noise When Turning & Accelerating - Any Ideas?

I get a rattling noise from the front when I turn and accelerate. The noise stops when I straighten up or if I take my foot off the accelerator. Any ideas what this is? And how costly it's likely to be to fix it? [/align]
