Hello, I just had a question for anybody that may know the answer. My left rear brake caliper has gone out and I was just wonderign if that has happened to anybody else and if it turned out to be a hardware issue and not a caliper issue. I would appreciate any feed. thanks

 

I had a weird squealing problem with my brakes awhile ago. Ended up being one of my calipers was done for and so the brake didn't clamp. So it was the pads on the other side doing all the work...it wore down so fast that it was basically metal on metal. So yea it happens.
