Default Rear brake rotor question

Hi all,
I have a 2000 A4 2.8L 30V Quattro that needs rear brakes. I recently bought some new rotors that happen to have an integrated hub. When I took off the rear tire I was surprised to find that the existing rotor did not have this integrated hub. Three questions:

1. Can I use the rotors with the integrated hub on my car by simply removing the existing hub?

2. Is there any special trick to removing this other than having the ~1/2" allen?

3. If the answer to number 1 is "no", does anyone know of a good source for rotors that do not have the hub built in?

Thanks for any insight any of you might have.

P.S. I searched the archives and found nothing on this.
