I have a 2000 A4 2.8 with a driver side rear speaker that has gone out on me.
I checked Best Buy and said I needed to buy this from Audi because it's on some type of system.
So I checked Audi and found out it would be $350-400 for just back rear speakers.
Any ideas? Or past experiences?

 

Find out what type of system, Bose or not.
Then check ebay, and the various forum classifieds... audiworld, audizine, and of course audiforums...

 

They are Bose speakers.
Is that correct about the Bose sound system in Audi's?

 

A lot of people have had this problem. For starters, it might not actually be blown. Check to see if the cap has come unglued on the speaker.
