Reimbursement?
Hi
I used to own an Audi A 4 2002 model.
I calculated that I spent $12,493 dollars on "dealership" service over 4 years.
I know it is partly my fault for buying into the brand.
I understadn that there is a class action lawsuite that covers the issues related to oil sludging. Perhaps that is one way to get some reimbursement?
Anyone know of another?

Of the $13, 000 spent on "dealership service" on my 2002 Audi, most of the issues are related to design and component flaws including clutch, points and oil sludging.
I called the hotline to try and get some reimbursement on the sludge class action and was told that I have "missed the deadline" for processing claims for this.
I am quite sure that the newer cars are as plagued with oil related service issues and people need to be watchful not to miss opportunities to claim on "oil consumption" and Oil sludging law suites on newer models.
This is serious.
