Removing rear bumper on B5 A4 Sedan
I'm having some issues with this and haven't been able to get the rear bumper off my 98 model B5 A4.
I have found the 4 large bolts near the spare wheel, however when i take them off the bumper almost slides off but it feels like its still being held on the sides. I can't find any other bolts though... At a total loss!
Does anyone know of a tutorial on the net somewhere, or can someone tell me what to do.
Thanks

the bumper clips on the sides which is what you might be talking about. to unclip the sides, just push as you pull down and then pull away. hope that does it for you. good luck, let me know if that works.
Thanks. tried that and i've managed to undo clips at the top of the bumper, however it's still being held by something towards the bottom. I've done a fair bit of pulling and pushing but it won't come undone. Any ideas?
Ask Jestomen to send you the PDF file.
You take the 4 botls out of your trunk. Then you take out the 2 bolts, one in each rear wheel well. Then you have to start screweing around with it, pushing it in and down, in and up, etc. It'll come off.
