Default replaced the etcs and upgraded to a n75h

ok, so after trying to figure out whats been causing me to go into limp mode all the time with the same code (Charge Pressure Control: Positive Deviation), i tried many, many things... i checked the vac and boost lines (all good), i cleaned the maf (ran slightly better), i changed the electronic temperatice control sensor to the green top kind (didn't do anything noticable), then today i finally got my n75h and swapped it. let me tell you, i hate and i mean HATE with a burning passion those damn one time use hose clamps... the pair of snips i had at home were too large so i had to take my old jeep out to the hw store... i go to open the door and get stung by 2 yellow jackets who apparently are using the gap btwn the doors as a love shack... ugh anyways, after a trip to the hw store and $7.49 later, i get a smaller pair of snips and spend the next 20min or so getting rid of those damn hose clamps... i take out the large valve above the n75 (crankcase breather) and a little oil comes out [:@] i dont mean a lot but enough to get all over my hand and the tiny ko3 below it. i clean up that mess, then swap in the n75h and go for a ride.
first off 1st and 2nd gear are MUCH smoother, normally 1st bucks a little if you take off a little too fast... i didnt get that at all this time which was nice. after letting the car warm up a bit, i finally start doing a few pulls, then i feel a slight pop (kinda like a hose flying off or something) and wham... back into limp mode.. at least this time i still hear the turbo sucking in air (unlike before when i got limp mode and it just seemed to stop working) and now i'm boosting to 9-10lbs instead of 5-6

ok i'm at witts end... i'm going to wait for the engine to cool down a bit before i dive back in there, but man this is KILLING me, i want my baby back

edit: on a side note, the old n75 is labeled as 058-906-283 c ... i thought the n75 for b5s were supposed to be 034-906-283 c...
