Replacement Key Fob - New Question

Default Replacement Key Fob - New Question
Sorry guys, I know this subject has been talked about a lot already on this site.

What I would like to know is though, do the re-programming instructions work on a UK A4?
Just found out UK keys might have immobiliser chips in or something.
Would this mean the only way I can get a replacement fob is through Audi and pay a small fortune? [sm=smiley19.gif]

Correct keys with the immobiliser must be adapted by the stealership.
