It's not really that hard, it's just getting to all of the bolts that is difficult. The only problem I had was the bolt on the turbo support bracket on the bottom of the turbo. The f***er was tight and I ended up stripping it. But once I got the torbo out I was able to get a better angle on it and get it out. If you have done the timing belt already then you shouldn't have any problems.

This would also be the easiest time to do a test pipe as well. Hint. Hint.

Ebay sells a TP for $115 shipped, which is about as low as it gets unless ATP or another maker has a group buy/special deal going on. It wouldnt be easy to get away with if they see it. People have talked about rigging a heat shield onto it to disguise it, but you arent going to find a used one that didnt get hacked to hell when removed, and a home made one wont look convincing. Maybe a high flow cat is a better idea?

Agreed, expect to really hate that oil return line, and maybe you should wear some gloves since your hands will get torn up. Didnt really help me but hey! Also, if you have back problems, maybe you should get your chiropracter on speed dial.
