Rough idle, check engine, codes scanned-what do they mean?

2003 A4 quattro 3.0
My check engine light came on and it started to idle rough in park, which had happened a year ago when I got it: the throttle body was bad. That was replaced with another used one and havent had a problem since. Now I had to get off the highway because it felt like my engine misfired or slipped or something, it felt like I hit a pothole.
The codes I pulled with my crappy scanner are:
17547
41668
41664
20569
20912
I couldn't find any info searching google and I lost the book that came with my scanner, does anyone have a clue? Thanks a lot.

doesn't look like any of the codes go beyond 1 for the 1st number
