Default rough running question

I have been noticing this lately, when my car is still warming up and im just kind of cruising maybe 35-45 i feel kind of hesitation as if it wasnt getting gas or something is my best way to describe it. it seems to go away after a good 10-15 minutes of driving once the car is warmed up good. any idea what this may be? car is 01 a4 1.8t

thanks all

sounds like MAF take a look at it...should have four silicon sensors if there all there, check for tiny stress cracks, oil air fillters can grime up your maf clean gentley with electronics cleaner. Ive read about turbos eating the maf sensors
