rusty rotors

i just checked my rotors and they look all rusty....l just got them changed a couple of months ago....i did spray some stuff to shine the tires....could that have caused the rust

Rust in your rotors is completely normal. It can start rusting even overnight. After you use the brakes for a few seconds it will be all gone. It's ok.

since brakes heat up they attract moisture and then in turn rust the brakes. Its completly normal.
