I think it has gotten to the point where all the info you could need is now in AF, the "regulars" get tired of the same questions being asked over and over and then the frustrations come out on the "noobs." I think it comes down to that, and there must not be a clear understanding to post in Off Topic for things unrelated to the A4 section. Maybe the Admin's can be more clear in the registration process of how to post, and how to use the search function. Not that I have never posted a question that could have been found in the search, it happens, but more so lately than ever before.

That is the point of forums... if you wanted to just seach for it I would use google.. but sometimes asking is soo much easier and you can get so much more information than any search could bring up.

If it annoys you to see the post... don't even open it.
