an engine swap would cost u alot more than just buying a 1.8T.

My insurance quote from progressive.com is 2100 a year, with a accident (which is 2 when my accident was only 1) and not otehr discounts such as good student or long time member like i get at state farm so i will still have to see what my actual quote s from my agent.

That is insane, way to high. I would look elsewhere. I have a pretty well modded 1.8t, and i would trade for a s/c 2.8 anyday, seriosly, i dont think u know what u could do with one. Your a fool to sell it for a more expenive viehle, less reliable, and sucks more gas.

just when i began to doubt the some of the characters on this forum audiboy comes through and brings back my faith. there is a ton that can be done to a 30v port and polishing s/c or turbo, management upgrades, etc. get the charger and do exhaust and intake, then when you get tired of it send the heads out for a extrude hone and do copper gaskets to lower the compression a tad, then throw on a smaller pulley and make more boost. after that car is aver 400 hp easily.

Rember with that quote is was off teh interent and i am 17 with 1 pt on my license and 1 claim.

I got an actual quote with my currnet plan from my current provider and it was $1872/ year. I dont think thats much more than mine is now but i will have to check for the actual number.

more cars wont help, less cars with more drives is cheaper. they will assign 1 driver to each car as a full time driver, that occasional **** wont work if theres a car for every driver
