Default Safe boost

Right now the mods i have on my car are GIAC chip, borla cat-back and bailey DV...i was wondering what the maximum safe amount of boost i could run was. What about if i got an intercooler for my car?

Your car already has an intercooler, and if you have the stock turbo, a bigger front mount intercooler will take away performance because there will be less pressure. The maximum safe boost is areoun 20 psi or so with giac and stock turbo, which it should already give you about 17-19psi.. If you want more, youll have to go with a bigger turbo i think.

fmic doesn't give you more boost really. It lets you maintain your boost longer because it prevents as much heatsoak as with the stock intercooler. It won;t help you on a stock turbo really either.
