Default scraping noise

i've noticed that there is a definate metal on metal scraping noise when i turn at low speeds (like 10-20 mph) i'm thinking it may be something rubbing against the rotor? that's my guess...any ideas?
(btw i searched and i could not find anything on this)

brake dust sheild is bent and rubbing the rotor, take off the wheel were you thinks its coming from and have a look if its what i say then just bend it out of the way with pliers.

is it a scraping or is it a grinding?

Scraping = what SAudi said or something stuck under the brake pad.
Grinding = possibly bad wheel bearing

nah, it's more of a scraping than a grinding
took off the left front wheel today and turned thehub with my handand there was alot of resistance coming from the caliper area and i could kind of hear it rubbing, so i'm guessing it may be something stuck under the pad or the pad is somehow forced against the rotor? i'll take the pads out this weekend and take a look at them. any other possibilities?
