secondry air pump location
alright guys,
Got a cel today, scanned it and got the codes p1423,p1411.I know these both relate to the secondry air injection pump.I've tried a search but cant seem to find the exact location for the pump on the 2.8 v6,i know its on the front passanger side near the bumper, any diagram would be app..Also when i start the car i can hear a whinning from the front passanger side,so i take it that my pump must be on the way out?
any help would be appricated.

If you get under your car under the engine. It should be right by your DV. There is a small probably inch wide crinkled hose going to it

yea i found the pump, its still working but its loud.im wondering now if it could be something else that threw the code-combi valve, vacuum line ,bad solenoid etc.
does anyone know how to remove the combi valve to clean it?

just checked the pump by disconnecting the pipe from the intake box,it's sucking away like paris. Now im wondering would the cel be thrown if the pump was working but prehaps not to its full extent?also i have two combi valves, right? So is there anyway of telling which one is going bad?
Could the cell have been thrown due to colder weather?
