I have a '98 with 75k miles. The manual does not specify what is to be done at each service interval. I really don't feel like bringing it to the dealer for a $500 tab to check the turn signal fluid, so I was wondering if anyone knows what the recommended service points are at each interval?

 

turn signal fluid? lol has your timing belt been done yet? what engine do you have? what maintenance have you done so far?

Extremely sarcastic. My wife brought her car in to a dealer so they could tell her what was wrong with it. They gave her a $2,500 estimate on a car worth $200. They said her brake lines were worn, and they needed to replace all of them (the worst among a huge list of useless "repairs"). She had to stop me from going over there and killing them.

I have the 1.8T, and did the timing belt about 5k miles ago.
