How do you reset the service reminder on a 2003 B6 A4? And is the service reminder oil for oil changes?

it's in your manual, because you havea pre-facelift B5. for 99.5and newer B5's, and all subsequent generations of A4's, it's a dealer thing. there is a way to DIY for newer B5's, but I'm not sure about the B6. someone will chime in with some more info.
