Default Which setup does it give more stress on engine

A question stuck in my mind since last 2 days. I like to get your ideas.

Let's say there are 2 same B5s;

#1 has a bigger turbo and making 300awhp @ 15psi
#2 has a smaller turbo and making 300awhp @ 25psi

I know the dyno curve will not be same but lets say they both make max: 300awhp.

Which setupwill give more stress on the engine?

I assume 25psi will give more stress but on the other hand, they both make same power.

well for the 15 psi one to get that horsepower, it would have to hold it until max revv's. in which case, ur spinning ur little motor like a hamster wheel on crack.

For the 25 psi one, you are producing that power at lower RPM, but in that case, you are producing wayyyyy more torque which can throw rod's

realistically, to get 300 AWHP out of 15 psi, you would have to spin ur motor like a honda

The 25psi would be more strain, but with rods, its doesnt matter. These engines are built for high psi applications unlike a honda that runs far less boost to make simular power.

A gt3076r would make about 300whp at ~15psi, that would be reached by 3800-3900rpms and carry power till a 7.5k redline (which is safe on the stock motor).

more boost is harder on the engine, i'd say.

so you are assuming the 2 turbo's are moving the same CFM, right? i would think it would be the smaller turbo since it will be spooling faster and generating more torque

but it would not make that horsepower till 7-ish k RPM. And even though the stock motor can handle that speed, it is still putting a lot of stress on it to do it often. I prefer not having to rev the ***** off my engine to get power. lol, old school muscle car mind set i guess

Im so lost in your thinking. If you think a turbo that would hit 15psi at pre 4k rpms wont have power until 7k, you are extremly wrong. The power will start to fall off at 7k with a gt30r and not just start making power. The engine was made to handle 7k+ reving, your not going to hurt the motor running it to 7-7.5k on a stock head. If you think so, stick with ko4's and run the far out of their efficiency like everyone else.
