Default RE: Is the shop responsible?

I did talk to them about it being off after the fact but they said there was nothing more they could do and that it was because it was lowered. After they pulled the car off the rack the 1st time, the steering wheel was cocked at 2 o'clock. He said it had nothing to do with the alignment so I asked for the service manager. He, then proceeded to get under the car and adjust it so the steering wheel was straight with now computer. I called them again and got the same answer, it's a lowered car. I called the service manager today and he said he would hook me up with new tires but I just bought new tires, from him, and I told him I wanted the money that I just put out to fix there screw up and he said to bring in the receipt with the notes from the new shop saying that all the adjustments in the rear were loose and that there were adustments in the front that the 1st tech forgot and he would take care of it, along with the 90 I paid them the 1st time. I also have a commercial account for work that I told him I would hate to take elsewhere.

This time the tech shifted the subframe and did everything right.

The dealer here sucks, they won't touch a lowered car.[/align]
