short shift kits

RE: short shift kits
I just got a v&s, haven't installed it yet so i cant really tell you how i like it. But, i got it with a group buy for $139. People have switched from the B&M, UUC and some others and have said they like the engagement better. I believe it comes 3/4" lower than stock but they put extra thread on in case you want it shorter, which you can cut or if you know the height you want when you order it, they will custom make it for you. compared to other SS V&S throw reduction is the most which is 42%. If you have the push down reverse it eliminates it and the price is still the same.

I have the Neuspeed and love it. The V&S comes highly recommended, too. I have a buddy who has been running a V&S for six months in his S4 and he likes it. The UUC has notchiness issues and the B&M is not as popular.

RE: short shift kits
There might be a group buy on audiworld right now for the v&s, im not sure but as far as prices i paid $14 up front to help cover material costs and it's said to be 4-6 weeks this was like 3 weeks ago so not to long. The total price is $139 shipped to your door, or, if you pay it all at once its $134. Thats group buy prices. I really havent heard much of a neuspeed group buy if there even has been one. I can't really say which one is better, personally the v&s cost cheaper for sure and i really haven't heard many bad things about it or even the neuspeed. IMO its all personal prefference on how it "FEELS."

here's some more info on v&s http://forums.audiworld.com/canada/msgs/28223.phtml
so it looks like it would be $159 to your front door, there is even a video on that site.
