Should I trade My A4 on an Exige?
That car handles great but you get nothing for style inside. The Blaupunk radio is useless & you dont get much comfort on the seat's. That car is for the track not DD. If you plan onspending alot of time at the track and have another car to drive then i'd get it but that would be the only reason. A good friend of mine had an Elise for a week as a test drive and it was fun but not practical.(he intended to track it) The power band kick's you back at 5k which feels like 20psi just kicked in but that still seems a bit too high for the power to kick in. just my .02
So what your saying is... I wouldnt be able to drive this vehicle every day? I know i cant bang any ladies in the lotus like the a4. But still its something Id be willing to give up. These things are stock and they are fast.. And i have a great relationship with the dealers/service dept. I was also wondering what insurance would be like for these things. Becuase If I was insured on it im pretty sure it would be much more than the a4.. anyways... im gonna go to the dealership today and setup a testdrive.
Get a VIN from 1 that you would like then ask your insurance what it would be. I dont remember what my friend would of payed but i dont believe it was much more that his G35. If you have to drive in snow this car will not work for you either.
The inside of the car looks so crappy. I dunno.. I'd want one cause it looks exotic, but I don't think I'd have a blast driving it after the "wow i'm so cool" feelings wore off.

I almost got a Mazda Miata, but decided on the Audi A4 for that very reason. Would be fun for a time, but unpractical when it comes to daily things. Like grocery shopping.

that this is f'n awesome. whats the power plant? as long as its not your only car, that'd be kind of a pain to do daily things in.

lotus's are kinda known to handle veryb well, well review wise the lotus handles better and prolly has a way quicker 0-60 than a a4, but liek they said to each its own, basically if you can stand being cramped, go for it, i know i need a four door, but that my opinion and everyone has a different one, but the car you want, not what other;s want you to drive
