even under load shows no boost, like i said prior. only shows 2lbs boost maxed
The fact that you are showing some boost tells me everything is hooked up. You cant build boost because the WG is letting it all slip by the compressor....

Well on mine the codder pin that holds the WG shaft to the turbo flap fell out over the years so I just put in a new one and presto BOOST!

I'm saying if you had a good gauge it would be easier to rule it out. I say WG but there is a slight chance that a cheep gauge comes out of the box fu(kedup.

the nz5 is a tough cookie to find best bet would be follow the conector for it, it comes from the air box and goes to the area where your trubo is, if anyone has a pic post it up so he can see it

On the turbo there is a rod it goes between the exhaust housing and the WG if that rod is free it will allow the flap to stay open. This will allow MOST of the exhaust to bypass the compressor. I say most because 1-2 psi will build BUT that's all. I went to napa and bought the smallest pin they had.

Autometer will do fine if your on a budget. The N75 is best to find if you have a pic or a manual. Search N75 and you should find a pic or two.
