just noticed my side markers dont turn on even when i turn my signal on. are they supposed to go on only when the signal is turned on or whenever the headlights are on?

I keep goo gone in my glove box man. Don't let me see your car in a parking lot with that sticker on it. I can have that thing goo gone-ed off in about 3 minutes.
