I just leased a 2025 A4, didn't really understand the available packages and so I have a NO Options model. ie no folding mirrors on lock, and who know what else I'm lacking.
Anyway., I'm at my wits end, trying to get things to work and ready to try and cancel the whole shooting match. The latest aggravation is the delay in Apple Carplay start up. It can take up to 4 minutes with me shutting down the display and re-activating (which may or may not be fixing the situation). I do have MyAudi application on my phone, and when I get in the car the screen says "Welcome Franco" and I have two options presented. I select "Continue" but then have to wait fro 3 or 4 minutes before I see the Waze screen pop up and everything starts working.

So two questions 1. is this normal? 2. Can I do something to make it start up quicker.
My other vehicle is a jeep Grand Cherokee, and Carplay starts up almost instantly.
