Have you looked into purchasing them, I know a few different manufacturers that make them, and there is always the wonderful eBay we all love so much, I think they have some on there that go for $70 or something. Or were you looking for a DIY mod?

2 cans tint spray (hobbyshop/lobby) - about3-8 coats (depends on your preferace)
clear coat - 3-4 coats
800grit sand paper - scuff the surface before you paint.

Total cost is about $15 and about a days time.

People have done it with just about everything. Nightshade, tint, flims, spray paint, etc... I ended up sanding mine down with 800 and then 1000 I think sand paper... Then make sure you clean it really well so that there is NOOOO oil (hands) or anything on there. Then clean it off with a clean moist towl. let dry. Then tape them off if you want. Then coat them with your perfered method. Make sure to use LOTS of clear coat. To tell you the truth I ended up doing my with a spray paint, seeing as where I live I can't find that other stuff. I like it because during the day you can't see the red at all, but then at night when I turn on my lights it looks pretty dran close to stock.
