smoked tails illegal?

Default smoked tails illegal?
Someone was telling me smoked tail lights are illegal, anyone know if this is true or not? I live in Pa.

in most states they are illegal. in cali, any modification to your taillights is illegal.

Well I'll be damned.. guess I'll throw that idea out the window. If it's illegal in CA it's gotta be illegal in PA... damn.

yea, its true, too many car people here so they needed to stop ppl from being shot for having that.
