u have to remove the bumper, and all this other ****, how does that take only 15 minutes?

 

- Take the bolts off the shroud at the front of the engine where the snub goes.
- take nut off lower motor mounts.
- Jack up the engine enough to take the shroud off
- Replace the snub
- Lower engine
- Bolt up lower motor mounts
- Bolt up shroud

Done.

Make sure you find a good place to jack up the engine. Do NOT put the jack under the oil pan. I used a piece of wood to get up to the block for lifting.

 

its really easy to pull the bumper off..

you would shave the outside if it didnt fit.. try microwaving it for 30 seconds to help it on the pin.. once you get in there you will be like ohh ok

 

I know this is an amazing install but how can it be taht easy if the APR instructions are so long. Are u guys shortcutting it at all? Do u think im capable of doing this?

then why is it have so much more on teh APR insturctions or are u following it and saying its easy?

 

is the greedspeed.com snub mount as good as the apr one ? because its 12 bucks compared to 50 and if its the same im going cheap

 

dude.. here are the instructions.

1. pull of bumper by removing two bolts.. remove screws on top of front support that is above headlights..
2. pull radiator out and up.. becareful as headlights will still be attached..
3. remove snub
4. put new snub on.
5. re assemble.. really freaking easy

yes... greedspeed is a little bit smaller.. i would recommend the other two
