snub mount
WTF? Why does everyone remove the bumper? You dont have to. Just jack the engine up, well, just support it, dont jack it up, and remove a couple of nuts and bolts and you are done! Maybe my car is different than everyone elses, but it only took me a half hour to do the complete job.
Similarly, I don't know why everyone has a hard time with the bumper - I was worried about doing it as part of my recent TB job, but it wasn't bad at all.
Just undo the bolts by the foglight grilles, take out the torx screws in the wheel well, then the bumper should slide back and forth about a half inch.
Grab over by the wheel well, push down towards the ground and toward the back of the car. Then pull up and out. Then get angry and just sort of muscle it up and down and in and out until that bad boy pops off, and ditto on the other side. Like others have said, it's touch to explain, but don't be afraid to use a little elbow grease, you're not going to hurt anything.

so i have the shroud off and i put the apr snub it and it touchs, i didnt have to force it in or anyything but it deffinatly touches, should i put it on and hope it doesnt rub, or is there suppose to be like a millimeter gap between the shroud and the snub? anyone who has done this before?
