Default snub mount

I did a search for snub mount before i posted.... When should it be replaced after how many years ( or just when the timing belt needs replacing) ? Also would this be conciterd an upgrade?? Do the ones from apr..etc... provide smoother shifts than the stock ones? Lastly how much of a pain in the *** is this to do (what needs to be done)? Thanks a lot!!!!! well..you pretty much have to take off the front bumper and all that that entails..that's why its a good idea when you get your belt done cuz its right there. If you feel a little jolt when you shift then it would be a good idea to replace the snub mount..it will definitly make the shifts smoother. They can be a p.i.t.a. to get on..a few seconds in the microwave and some lube should do the trick though(little advice brrman gave me..but I haven't tried it out yet).

I bought mine from Abnormally aspirated.

I used some white lithium to make it slide on easier:
