just did mine about 2 weeks ago. took me days to figure out how get hte bumper off, once i figured out it was easy as hell tho

Exactly. We did my dads b6 this way (can't swing everything to the side, because AC condensor lines come from left and right).
Anyhow, it wasn't cool working will bent over the bumper. Something to lean on? Wtf... You don't need to lean on anything when you can crouch down or sit on a stool and everything you need is right in front of you. Definately worth the extra 20 minutes to move it all out of the way.

Quick Q's my tensioner dont seem to have a pin to pull like the DIY says. Is this going to be a problem or defective part?

damn that was fast. and mucho thanx for puttin together a DIY.

wish the dealer only charged a 12 pack an hour lol. theres is more like a keg an hour

woot, very fast, regreting taking mine in for thermostat and oil cooler now, wish i did myself but havent done before and dont have to much time right now
