I took my car to the mechanic yesterday and had the two front strut mounts replaced, had the right side cv joint kit (axle) replaces and the coolant temp sensor. But now my car feels very very weird it steers off to the left and when i accelerate it feels very rough, anyone have a clue. I think the steering to the left is due to low left side tire. But the rough acceleration? anyone have a clue?

 

could be a couple things, but i'd being going back to that mechanic and have them look at it

 

What do u think it could be though? Stabilizer bar?

 

there's bound to be sumthing up with that cv they replaced. also, check the bolts fo the strut mounts in the engine bay. they are locking bolts so they might be loose or something. and check to make sure u have pink coolant and the level is ok.

 

Yeah i guess im gonna have to do it that way.. cars being sold this saturday and i wanna make sure it doest have any of the problems.....

 

It's possible that they took enough of the front suspension apart that the car now needs aligned- more than likely.

 

I re-drove the car and it seems like it happens when the car is being accelerated but i called the mechanic and he told me it might be the alignment as well. Im bringing the car back in. Ill keep u guys posted!
