because if the motor blows or the tranny goes or something i have no control over and it is towed to the mechanics shop and the adjuster will be there in the morning and the mechanic isn't going to work on it at night or first thing in the morning and i don't want to have a set of springs rooling around in the trunk all day, i have been hearing some strange noises in the back of the car since sunday, i have a set of older a4 7 spokes powder coated black that i am going to put on tonight and monday the springs, so i don't want to go back but i want the warranty. oh well $h!t happens.

your mods shouldn't have voided your entire warranty...just the parts that you modded. they'd have to show some proof that the modded part is causing whatever problem you have...

Yeah I dont think lowering springs would null & Void the warranty on motor / Tranny problems...
but any how - good luck..

that's what i thought, if that was the case i would leave them on but i called my warranty place as john doe and asked and they said if the adjuster was to come out and see my car lowered thye would cancell the whole policy, the adjuster doen't come out every time there is a claim but i can't take that risk.
