If you can find Wynola Rd near the city of Julian if you follow Hwy 76, then to the 78, that's we're you and tear up your car, no room for mistakes on that rd, no shoulder, just all huge boulders to your right.

crap...i'm torn. i'm gonna be in san diego for a few days up til saturday the day before! i havnt bought tickets yet...so..i'm wondering... that sunday is our NorCal meet, so i'd like to do that too...here's my options..help me decide:
1. Go home saturday night and go to the NorCal G2G sunday as planned.
2. DRIVE down so i can participate in my own car...
oorrr...
3. fly down, stay in SoCal a day longer....and do the run with my cousin's E55...

Drive down, enjoy the socal meet. Attend the next NorCal meet... share your stories, and start promoting the NorCal SoCal meet.

 

If you read my bold letters, you'll notice that our palomar run will be Sunday, THE 22ND!!!!!! the AF Norcal gtg is the 29th........... so i think the best option is to drive down and participate with your Audi for the 22nd, then drive back up and go to the Norcal gtg and have a great stories about your socal experience.

wow i feel like a douche! lol i've been thinking the entire time that our NorCal thing was the 22nd...[:@]hmm..better fix my days off now! well i just talked to my cousin, and he said it's prolly not the best idea to drive down, just fly since it takes like a hour. and hate to show up in something other than my own car, but would i really be banished if i showed up in my cousin's AMG ...he just did the run yesterday with some buddies, so he's saying he's gonna try to get one of his buddies to come too...Porsche...

 

alright i have set aside the 22...i probably need new brakes and my tires are essentially bald but the driving skill is in high supply(dare I say enough to make up for the lack of brakes and tires...?), the Lateral G site was cool (used to have an S2000 myself) but I am kinda disappointed that it's only 7 miles, that means if it was mostly 2nd gear in the S200 that the whole South side accent will be about 10 minutes... but whatever, looks fun none the less, what time are we meeting where, because i have about a 2 hour drive jus to get to Palomar...
