Well not as bad as a griding noise, but under acceleration at 4000 to 5000 rpm i hear a grinding noise (like sandpaper on wood). I thought when I dropped some seafoam in the gas tank it was gone, but it came back after about 30 miles or so. Any suggestions, otherwise I have to drag an audi tech out of the bay to go driving with me.
As for now I just had an engine check light come on, so on wed. its going down to the dealership.

 

that sounds odd, but yea if you have a cel deffinatly get it scanned

 

well usually im used to getting errors on the information display between the tach and speedo., this is just the general check engine light up in the headlights on, cruise section. so i don't really want it cleared, i'd prefer them to find out why i keep having little annoying problems here and there with my ride. It kind of makes me sad when i'm think of getting a b7 s4 in a few months, and i keep having problems with my current audi. brings on some doubt.
