Sorry to hear. I'll miss seeing that pic. every now and then.
I'm sure you'll be seeing that pic in the A6 section soon...

Congrats on the upgrade. 6 speed w/2.7T is Audi's best engine/tranny combo IMHO. My friend has a B5 S4 with the same thing.

Why is it that the inmoation chip can only make the '01 1.8t into 189.37HP and 199.12lb-ft torque where as APR claims 208hp - 214hp 245lb-ft - 247lb-ft of torque.

Is APR better... what is the diff here?

My guess is that APR is showing Crank HP while InMotion is showing Wheel HP???

EEEK!
Too big and bubly looking for me. But, if youre happy, Im happy for you. It will be beastly when chipped.
I take it you wont be going the inmotion route with this one?
I think the C5 A6 styling is SEXY man! Oh well to each his own, I wanted a bigger car. It bothered me how even though I have back seats in my A4 pretty much no one could sit back there because the is like no damn leg room! Isn't the B6 A4 styling very similar to my C5 A6?

And I think I may be getting Inmotion tuning for this car too. I don't know for sure yet. I am VERY impressed with his tuning for my A4, it works great! Especially with the MBC! My friend just got his S4 chipped by Inmotion and he got his ECU back today. I will have to see how it went for him!

Haha... funny... Don't laugh, this "boat" will eat up any chipped A4! Plus after I get sport sway bars and get some sport suspension on this beast it will handle like a dream too!

Sorry man, had too!!!!

I know its got power, but so does this,

But its never going to handle as good no matter what you do to it, compared to an a4 with coilovers and sways.

Maybe straight line, but not in the twisties!

Anyway, its still a nice car with a good amount of power, I hope you enjoy it, check back here from time to time if you get a chance and let us know how it does with the upgrades.
