ok after much searching on google myself, heres what you need.

leevg > http://www.evoms.com

they have an air intake that will satisfy your needs, and im assuming paired with evoms's DV will give you what you want.

this company's name was given above but toke some searching to actual find a link.

kingd - guess i must of missed that 'help' we were getting inbetween all the wise cracks. its no wonder why import tuning gets such a bad rap.

Fact is..this topic has been covered many times already on this board. How do I know...I learned this stuff here! I'm sorry you are not able to get results through the search feature. This site and probably every product they offer has been discussed already.

The original poster obviously knew he was opening a can of "stfu n00b" when he posted..try this on another forum and he'd be crying right now. I think Slim's answer was very helpful. We usually just tell people to buy a Japan made car if they want that sound...

As for King_D...you obviously don't know him at all or what he's been through with his car. He's helpin the poster out by stepping around the topic...

Wise cracks keep the atmosphere laid back.. just chill and have some laughs.. we're all here for a good time!

Well before you even became a member I sent him a sound clip of my evo intake with the forge DV, so this post was porbablly dead because he knew what he wanted already. Well if you did a search on THIS FORUM you would probablly find a full page or two of this topic.

Can you please send me a sound clip to me too? What do you need- email address? Because I just bought the Neuspeed Exhaust and I'm looking for the cold air intake next.

come on whats the deal with this bov crap???? To me it just goes along with that whole "fo sho" deal. Keep it clean and classy, your driving an audi not a econo honda civic with a aluminum wing to take the downforce off the front tires. fagetaboutit

ORIGINAL: David_K

how about one of those fake BOV sound makers. you know the ones advertized in the back of the import tuner mags. or you could have a friend crouch down behind your front wheel and when you rev he would go "Katizz"

ohhh man can't get away from these rustangers......

If you don't like us don't come around here that will solve all of your problems. These guys are much more light hearted than the F-body crowd and arn't delirious like mustang owners. Its a nice mature fun loving environment. Btw ur Audi is much nicer than that ford i don't care how fast it is so learn to love it. Having an 700 hp american car thats being held together with sheet metal screws and plastic clips dosn't make ur genetalia any bigger. It took me a few years to figure that one out, start pondering it. That whole scene is just a huge money pit anyways. Have fun with your audi.

Sorry I havnt been around in a couple...

I have the HKS intake and the 225 TT DV. The HKS kit comes with a peice of steel for a heatsheild but its too small to be effective, I dont know about the other kits but if you go with HKS plan on having a custom heatsheild made if you cant do it yourself... otherwise stay with the stock airbox.

But your question about the noise.. the stock airbox will cancel out alot of the noise your looking for, also yes I can hear my turbo spool especialy now in the cold... Im deaf in one ear and the radios always on so its loud enough for me to hear.

Like everyone here has said this topic has been covered literally over 50 times so if you cant find the info in the archives of THIS forum then you need help...
If you prefer we could just not post replies or worse yet just flame people everytime they ask a question thats been played out a million times like some forums.
