Can you guys post some pics of your sound systems? I want a clean look, maybe recess it in the trunk to where it is hardly noticeable even when you open the trunk. I want to kind of keep the factory look, but put some 10s in the back or somethin like that. I saw someone put a 6 CD changer where the tool kit goes in the back, then you fold up the door so you can't see it. Maybe even recess it into the fold down seats so I dont lose any trunk space. I dont know what I want to do post up!!!

Not a B5, but an example of installing a 10 inch sub and amp without giving up trunk space.

 

I thought the 6 cd changer in the trunk was standard equipment? You can easily splice some felmale RCA's into the back of your stock radio and run some male RCA's to the trunk to an amp/subs. Whatever you do, dont use a high/low converter. It doesnt get any cleaner than vitaminb6's setup... love it.

 

here ya go...this took a 100hours....1 week!!!!sounds amazing.....mostly fiberglass so its not that heavy...the whole car is jl audio... 2 13w6 in the trunk...6.5' in the doors and the rear deck....all in a 98 a4

Vitamin where did u get that inclosure iwanted to do sutin like taht is that straigt custom or did u but that some where that is hot. If you can tell me how you did that i would be very greatful.
