Ok let me rephrase the question, should i go for a mbc or an adjustable fpr? Is the 5 bar sufficient if i have mbc hooked up, or should i just get the adj. fpr, or both?? Im going to try the old n75 but im too tired to do it tonight.

If you have misfires, youd have a blinking CEL w/fault codes. Adress that problem first, and change your plugs to a cooler plug such as NGK BKR7E. Thats what you should be using anyways if youre 20+ psi. Try an n75 J or H valve before a mbc if you are DBW and are running a k03/k04. The different N75 will decrease spikes and pretty much eliminate thepart throtlesurging effect that the stock n75 is sort of known for. I notice that my n75 holds boost longer than my mbc did, but boost isnt built as quickly as with the mbc.

Oh sorry I seeyou have an H valve, they are more aggressive than the J. You could try to find an H valve for testing, or a mbc.
If you tuely have misfires, figure that out before doing any fuel/boost tweaking though.. Some inexperienced people use the term "misfire" as a general term for "engine runs rough/vibrations" which could be something totally different.

also make sure the plugs are gapped to .028 But lower psi will = lower iat's. Try the other n75 and see what happens. But lower boost and new fresh plugs will help.

to be honest with you my car spikes and runs the same with both n75's, so i don't think running the other n75 will help..... i don't really like the idea of running an mbc..... but would if needed

like i said the fmic will be coming this winter, got to get some funds straightend up

You can always take it to the place you gotchipped and see if they will lower the requested so you dont boost nearly as high.

I sent my ecu in the mail. But to get it tuned down, should i just take it to anyplace with a dyno??

Also my car doesnt idle right, more or less runs like crap all the time, and misfires. Wil the MBC fix that? Or i should be looking into the Adj FPR

(im going to put in the old n75 and old ngk plugs soon see how it works but i have minimal hopes)

you need a giac dealer to turn down the boost or the mbc. But it really sounds like you dont have a heat range colder plugs and them gapped to .028.
