Default Spark plugs?

hey guys, i changed my plugs about every 10-12 000 km using NGK BKR6E gapped to .28, last two times i changed i noticed one is always a little different. I have some pics of them wondering if one of my coilpacks might be done or on its way out. Reason why i think that is i never hit 18PSI anymore. i usually spike 15 hold 13 when i am by myself. And if i have a few people in the car and under heavy acceleration the boost gauge flutters back and fourth from 10 to 13 psi pretty quick and never goes higher than that. I have checked for boost leaks and there is none, i changed my fuel pressure vac and intake vac going to DV. Any ideas anyone?

Boost guage reads 18 vac at idle.

Here are the links to the spark plugs pics the one in question is spark plug 4. thanks for everyones input.

Did that one smell rich, like fuel? try switching coil pack from a good cylinder to the one that plug was in and see if the problem follows the coil pack or stays in that cylinder. If it follows the coilpack, the coilpack is probably bad. If the problem stays in that cylinder with a known good coilpack, it could be the wiring to the coilpack for that cylinder or something else.

I just ordered pulstar plugs cost me 100$ there suppose to be the most powerful plugs ever made I think they have a built in transistor. When they come in I will install them and let everyone know how they work.
