after i put new springs on my car, will they mess up the factory shocks?

Yes if they are lowering springs. You must replace shocks.

Lowering any car on stock shocks isnt wise...get some shocks w/ your springs, it'll be a more enjoyable ride!

Not really. If you have the sport, the shocks will last a little longer.
