i have a guy sellin me intrax springs for 125$, his car is 96 2.8q and mine is 97 1.8 would it b ok for my car?

The spring rates for 1.8t and 2.8's are different. They will fit physically though, but probably not the best idea. You are going to replace the shocks too right!!!???

the engine is a lot heavier in the 2.8.. so your front end will look like its doing a wheelie
