Default Springs

question a fellow forum member is trying t help me out and has a set of extra springs laying around neuspeed race springs will they work on my 96 a4 FWD?

It may depend on what year/model car he has, that they were originally purchased for. I'm sure your 96 can use certain parts from other cars, but obviously it'll matter which car your friend has. Going to need more info to answer this post.

lol cant argue with that. but i think they wont work. on purems they list quattro and fwd springs seperately. could be the same product, but i dont think so

im like 98% sure they will work, just because iw ent through the same thing with my eclipse i snagged springs and shocks off a fwd and put em on my AWD

You gotta be able to cross reference at least one reputable brand that lists the same part number spring kit for your car as his, or else no.
