Default Stereo Problem

Hey guys, this is the problem everything was fine this morning. This afternoon I turn on the car I notice the rear right speaker was giving this almost static type of sound then and then it completely died out because it wasn't as loud. After I turned the car off and came back and turned it on the whole stereo system wasn't turning on. I took it to this local stereo place and the guy said Audi had placed a wrong fuse on it, he replaced it and put a new fuse on and the stereo started working again but then the same right rear speaker gave the static sound and again the whole system doesn't even turn on. Any suggestions as in to what this is, the car is still under the 50k Audi Warranty.

Thank you for the help.

take it to audi since it is under warranty? I am assuming it is a stock system, if not bring it to whom ever put it in.

sounds like a short to me, if your whole system is cutting out. check your stereo fuse. if it's blown again, than it is most likely a short in the wires. the static might be related, but that could be cell phone interference or something else unrelated.

I didn't have my cell with me in the car today, and since they fuse was replaced then most likely it is a short thanks.
