hey jsut wondering, lately seems that im boosting 9 psi and idling -20inches hg in stock mode, in chip mode running 19 psi and idleing -22 inches of hg I know awe tuning says stock 7 psi and -17 inches Hg. Anything to be worried about?I was thinking maybe jsut cold temps lately. Car seems to be running perfect.

 

When you say it "seems" your only boosting.... what do you mean?, do you have a boost gauge inside yourcaryourwatching?

In his sig it says he has a center mount boost gauge. I would assume this is normal 2psi either way sounds alright to be but you could email apr or wherever you got your chip and ask them to make sure.

 

it sounds fine to me... i have the same setup and my vac is about the same as what your are talking about... i wouldnt be worried

 

my 01 runs 9psi and 22vac stock, i heard from some people on the forums that 01 and up run 2 morepounds of boost and that is why the newer a4's have more hp that the earlier ones, but don't quote me on that.
