Hi all, first post so please be kind.
Eight weeks ago purchased a 12 month old A4 2.0l tdi. Stop start function is not working after 6 weeks of ownership. I run without aircon and see that engine is warming up just fine. Tried the aircon yesterday and the stop start began to work again. Its going into Audi next week to investigate and they said it was due an aircon software update while it was there with them. Any thoughts anyone as to the problem and is the software update linked in anyway.
