So I was out in Mt. Pocono and this stupid b!tch in a lebaron cuts me off in a parking lot, then does 3 mph. I layed on the horn for a good 1/4 mile in the lot and she sped up to about 15-20, then this b!tch out of no where slams on her brakes to a schreeching stop, has me rear end her and takes off. I got her plate and **** and called the cops, well she doesn't have a registered car and it was a stolen plate, the plate came up for a Ford Taurus or some **** and the lady was gone, they didn't find her. My front bumper was already a little fu*ked up, so the scuffs doesn't really make it any worse than it already is.

I had just got done installing my snub mount too, there isn't any major damage so I guess it wasn't that bad.

The cop wouldn't write a report because he couldn't find her, he was an ******* and I'm thinking about reporting him for not writing the report.

 

I would definately report him. He has to write a report. Doesn't matter if she drove off or not, that happens all the time. They still have to do something about it.

 

why didn't YOU go after her... , if she would have taken off on me, i would have caught up to that bitch and yanked her *** out of her car, then hog tied her till the cops show up, sorry to hear, but it seems like everyone is getting into an accident these days!

 

I dunno,

I chased her for a min to get her plate, then she went into a private gated community.

I went to the police station after he went to go look for her and they handed me a piece of paper where I write my OWN accident report. It's almost pointless, I only have liability and I don't know where this sl#t is so even if I was going to file an insurance claim, I wouldn't get very far.

No doubt, you should have reported that apathetic cop for not writing a report. Without that report, you'll have problems filing an insurance claim. Oh I think liability only pays for damages to the other persons car. Sorry for your damage.
