Well if you want a more defined sound, take the resonator off... takes 30 minuets and its worth every penny.

 

dad would never let me. and if i couldcut into my exaust, i would rather put in an electric cutout. roll up all quiet and rumbly, pull away barking like a pitbull with rabies.

 

My APR is kinda deep, not too loud, but if i drive it for about 30 min and it heats up, its a whole new beast.

 

get a downpipe as well and that thing will sound absolutely rediculous

 

Yeah, after 20 minuets of driving it gets louder. I love it.

 

yea with a testpipe and a 2.5 borla mine was way loud with only one muffler......

 

I might just get a test down pipe and run 3" back with no muffler. What do you think?

 

lol, a 3" turbo back exhaust with no muffler would be INSANE.... and i dont know if its a good insane either, lol... it would sound like something ive never heard... so idk what to tell you... but it would be crazy, thats all i can say.

 

I'll tell you what it'd sound like. it'll sound like a tractor. you'll also be attracting a lot of attention from the local police, I assume your area has laws telling you how loud your car can be. where I live the cops actually have decibel meters in their cruisers, and they can test your car on the spot. if it's too loud, you get a VI, or if the cop is feeling like a ***** he'll impound the car.

 

Put an electric exhaust cutout just after the downpipe...
